My stay was incredible! The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Casco Viejo with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms were lovely to look at, although a bit small for luggage. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to assist with booking our trip to San Blas. The dining options were good but could have had more variety. Overall, a wonderful experience with only minor drawbacks.

The location was perfect for exploring Casco Viejo, although it was very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, not ideal for light sleepers. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, and the staff made me feel so welcome. The decor and ambience were fantastic, and I can't wait to come back for a longer stay. The views from my room were breathtaking, offering a glimpse of the plaza, the water, and even children playing by the fountain. There was always something captivating to see, day or night.
