Reviews and Ratings
My stay was incredible! The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Casco Viejo with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms were lovely to look at, although a bit small for luggage. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to assist with booking our trip to San Blas. The dining options were good but could have had more variety. Overall, a wonderful experience with only minor drawbacks.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were elegant but not over the top with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The location was perfect for exploring Casco Viejo, although it was very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, not ideal for light sleepers. The service was a mix, with some staff being courteous and friendly while others seemed untrained and uninterested in hospitality. The dining options were hit or miss, but the buffet had an adequate selection. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, and the staff made me feel so welcome. The decor and ambience were fantastic, and I can't wait to come back for a longer stay. The views from my room were breathtaking, offering a glimpse of the plaza, the water, and even children playing by the fountain. There was always something captivating to see, day or night.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel offered spacious and beautifully designed rooms with amazing views and huge showers. The service was top-notch, staff incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for exploring, full of vibrant restaurants and shops. The dining experience was mostly good, although a bit hit-or-miss. Overall, a luxurious experience worth the cost.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were really large and fabulous, especially with the addition of a rooftop pool, but being located near bars and restaurants made street noise quite loud in our first-floor room. The service was exceptional - very helpful and professional, although there was some pushy behavior regarding the buffet. The location was vibrant but noisy, especially on weekends, making it challenging for light sleepers. Dining was decent but not extensive, with lukewarm food at times. Overall, a good value for the money with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were elegant but not over the top, spacious, and had a lovely view of the church behind the hotel. The top floor room was especially lovely with an excellent view and high ceilings. The rooms were large and very clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring Casco Viejo, with plenty of restaurants and bars within a 2-3 block radius, making it convenient for dining out. The dining experience was ok but hit or miss, depending on what you order, and while the breakfast was decent, I believe better options are available in the area. The facilities were well-kept, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
